I notice you don't put the English alongside the Latin.

Nope. It's too easy to let the English serve as a crutch then. Say you get stuck on a word, you're tempted to glance over at the English, see it and think you "remember" it, and fool yourself by saying, "Oh, sure, I knew that", when really you didn't. Study however you want, but test yourself looking only at the Latin.
